Our BE Furniture Premium Gold barrier posts and base cover with a heavy weight concrete base, designed for heavy commercial. Built from stainless steel, these posts last for years and are resistant from corrosion.
Manufactured to our specifications these heavy weighted gold barrier posts have a mirrored finish making them ideal for use both indoors or outdoors all year round. The post features a 6 kg weighted base that keeps the barrier secure without taking up too much of your outdoor space – preventing your barrier from becoming damaged in windy conditions whilst posing less of a trip hazard. These gold mirrored barrier posts are able to withstand most weather, corrosion or impact damage – allowing for long-lasting use throughout the seasons, without the worry of repairs or replacements.
These gold mirrored posts are treated by PVD, Physical Vapor Deposition. The PVD process involves many intricate steps. First the brass is highly polished to a mirror finish. It is then nickel plated, followed by a plating of chromium. Finally, it is PVD coated in a specialized and extremely intricate vacuum chamber. During the PVD process metallic atoms bombard the brass component, reacting with Nitrogen in the chamber, forming a hard ceramic compound on the surface of the part. But…it’s not just on the surface like paint or plating; it’s metallurgically bonded. The old surface is replaced with a new surface that replicates the true color of brass (or gold…or
bronze), which is extremely hard and resists many cleaners and acids, and is tarnish-free.
These mirrored gold barrier posts are suitable for use at restaurants, clubs, pubs, trade stands and exhibitions. These stainless steel posts stand 99 cm tall and have a base diameter of 32 cm.
These gold steel posts come flat packed but are very quick and easy to assemble, it is just one large bolt they goes through the base into the upright that you need to attach.
